The property features a private pool with a jacuzzi, a barbecue, and a pizza oven, as well as a covered outdoor terrace and an indoor dining room. There is also a chapel on-site. It is the ideal location for events and group getaways.

Santarsa covers an area of approximately 600 square meters and is located at 800 meters above sea level. It offers ample parking and a private outdoor space with no nearby neighbors.
The Tuscan-style lounge, featuring stone and wood, includes a large fireplace, a seating area with sofas and a TV, and tables and benches to accommodate the entire group. It connects to the newly renovated professional kitchen, which is equipped with a column refrigerator, freezer, professional dishwasher, 6-burner stove, electric oven, pots, pans, and everything needed to serve and set up for groups of up to 30 people. The kitchen also opens directly to the outside.
Next to the pool, there is a large covered area with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a wood-fired oven, and two barbecue stations.
Additionally, there is a children’s play area with a slide, swing and rocking chairs.
PRIVATE SWIMMING-POOL
The new private pool measures 15×5.5 meters, with a 2×5.5 meter section that is 60 cm deep, featuring water jets and relaxation seats.
The remaining area, measuring 13×6 meters, has a depth of 150 cm.
The pool is fully enclosed and includes a large paved area with sunbeds, loungers, umbrellas, and a shower.
Additionally, the pool can be heated to ensure maximum comfort during the spring and autumn months.
The entire outdoor area automatically lights up at dusk, and the pool is also illuminated from within.
There are no restrictions on music or party times, as the farmhouse has no neighbors.
INDOOR
The farmhouse is divided into apartments, each with a private entrance from the outside. Each apartment features a spacious living area with a kitchen and fireplace, and includes between 1 and 3 bedrooms, as well as a Smart TV. Central heating is available in all indoor spaces. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout all the apartments.
OUTDOOR
Outside, you are surrounded by forests and meadows, with an expansive view of the Tiber Valley and Montedoglio Lake.
The authentic consecrated chapel is a true testament to the history of this place.
Numerous marked hiking trails start from the farmhouse, ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours of walking, all within the park and leading to the ridge.
