Villa Cungi is a private, romantic stone villa that dates back to 1500. Meticulously restored, it is nestled in a secluded area within the central part of the estate, offering expansive views of the lush Tuscan hills.
The villa features a private pool, olive groves, and facilities for barbecuing and pizza-making, along with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. It serves as an ideal setting for events and gatherings with family and friends.
GROUP-SIZE AREAS
The kitchen connects to a spacious dining room adorned with impressive stone walls, where you and your guests can dine together. This room is furnished with tables, chairs, sofas, and a smart TV, along with a fireplace, accommodating up to 35 people.
Adjacent to the living room, outside, you’ll find a generous paved area with a partially covered terrace with tables and chairs, perfect for watching the sunset, enjoying a meal, or savoring a Fiorentina steak grilled on the nearby barbecue or a pizza baked in the wood-fired oven.
Additionally, there are no restrictions on music or parties, as the farmhouse is secluded with no nearby neighbors.

The private pool at Villa Cungi measures 12×6 meters with a depth of 150 cm.
It is fully enclosed and features a spacious paved area equipped with deckchairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shower.
As the sun sets, the entire outdoor area is automatically illuminated, and the pool itself is lit from within.
For added comfort during the spring and autumn months, the pool can be heated.
INDOOR
Villa Cungi spans about 500 square meters, predominantly on one level. Each room or apartment offers its own private entrance from the outside.
Renovated in traditional Tuscan style, the Villa features elegant wood, stone, and terracotta flooring. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer, toilet, and bidet. In addition, every bedroom and apartment is fitted with a television.

OUTDOOR
The Villa is ideally positioned with a southwest exposure, allowing you to enjoy natural sunlight throughout the day and breathtaking sunsets over the Tuscan hills. Spanning 40 acres of private land, the property offers exclusive use for your group, with the nearest neighbors located 500 meters away.
There is private parking available on-site, and the Villa can be accessed by a compact bus for up to 25 people. A trekking path also begins at the Villa, leading you into the surrounding woods.
